Little Feet

Little Feat can shrink any person or object by cutting them with its long index finger. The cut target continues to shrink over time, no matter how far away Little Feat is from the target. As the target shrinks, the power of their stand decreases as well. Little Feat can stop or reverse the effects but he can't speed up the shrinking. Potentially, the target could continue to shrink until they are microscopic size. The can also freely control their own size as well.

The user is Formaggio and its name is based on the American rock band, Little Feat.
