Ken Oyanagi is a minor antagonist appearing in Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable.
About
Ken is a young boy recently turned into a stand user, he has a big hole in his left cheek from where the arrow hit him. Being a huge janken (Rock Paper Scissors) fan, he challenges famous mangaka Rohan Kishibe after running into him by chance.
His main intention is to win over Rohan's "mind power" by defeating him in RPS, as he believes it would mean he'd be surpassing him as a person too. His wish is to become an adult who is respected just as much as Rohan. He has no real knowledge of stands in the start but he quickly learn as the match progress.
