Heaven Plan
The Heaven Plan is a ritual created by DIO in the third part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Stardust Crusaders, and carried out by Enrico Pucci in the sixth part, Stone Ocean. DIO created the Plan in order to bring humanity into a state of being he called "Heaven", where all creatures know their fates and accept them. DIO wrote the Plan in his Diary, which was found and burned by Jotaro Kujo after DIO's defeat at the end of Stardust Crusaders.
The Plan involves forcibly evolving a Stand into one that is capable of bringing about "Heaven". The Heaven Plan becomes DIO's and Pucci's main motivation throughout Stardust Crusaders and Stone Ocean.
