Two policemen are watching over a plaza of Morioh's commercial district. They witness the A. Phex Brothers playing football in public and ask them to stop disrupting the public order. Seeing that the brothers are suspicious, they try to arrest them. The elder brother prevents this by using his Schott Key No.1 to strategically pierce the jaw of one of the officers with his handcuff and cuffs the other officer so they are stuck together.
A patrol car with two policemen is sent to invetigate a bus that Rai Mamezuku had jacked briefly. They discover they are unable to reach the bus after stepping out of their vehicle, seeing the trees surrounding the car in the now broken parking lot caused by Doremifasolati Do. As they are about to call for back up, they are both killed by Urban Guerrilla's Brain Storm breaking down both of their bodies.
While in front of the TG University Hospital, Josuke Higashikata accidentally kills a patient due to Wonder of U's calamity. Two police officers started investigating the body while Josuke and Rai Mamezuku split from Yasuho Hirose to avoid being arrested. Later, the police are now looking for Josuke and Mamezuku as suspects in the hospital patient's death. Eventually, a patrol car spots the two of them trying to prevent themselves from being gravely hurt by the rain due to Wonder of U's calamity. An officer calls in that they found the suspects and requests backup before Josuke and Mamezuku jump into their car for safety from the rain. They demand the two of them to get out of the patrol car and put their hands up to search them, but they refuse to get out of the car. With several officers surrounding the car and demanding they get out, Josuke decides to pursue Satoru Akefu alone and steps out of the car, severely wounding him. The officers quickly call for an ambulance as well as arrest Mamezuku. An officer questions Mamezuku if "Josuke Higashikata" is the real name of the other man and informs Mamezuku that they'll question and investigate him after he's treated.
While Josuke is being treated at the hospital, a policeman is stationed to watch him. When he tries to talk to Josuke, Josuke uses Soft & Wet's bubbles to knock the policeman out. The policeman's body falls on him, causing dramatic damage due to Wonder of U's calamity.
While Mamezuku is in jail, he causes the death of his cellmate by forcing him to activate Wonder of U's calamity upon himself. Several officers enter the cell and send away the injured criminal in an ambulance to be rushed to the hospital. Mamezuku uses this opportunity to hide in the criminal's clothes to escape the jail and get to the hospital.
