Charles Martinet is an American voice actor. He voices Wilson Phillips in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 1993 OVA adaptation.

He is most well known for his role as Mario in the Super Mario franchise. He is also well known for other characters in the Mario series, such as Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi. Outside of the Super Mario series, he is known for playing Paarthurnax in Skyrim, Gouji Rokkaku in Jet Set Radio Future, and Orvus in Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time.
