Diver Down

Diver Down (ダイバー・ダウン, Daibā Daun) is a Stand featured in Part VI: Stone Ocean. Its primary User is Narciso Anasui, and its name is based the Van Halen[1] album Diver Down[2].

Appearance

Diver Down appears as a man attired with stylized SCUBA gear. Its body is patterned with a distinctive "D"-like symbol.

Powers

Release Attack: Diver Down is able to leave an imprint of an attack and then release it upon command, e.g. a kick released from a footprint.

Dive Down: Diver Down's main ability is phasing through solid objects and people. This allows him to attack an enemy internally, for instance by rearranging their bones or tendons, or defend an ally by hiding within them. However, Diver Down cannot defend its User when within an object. Diver Down can also bring its User and others through solid objects as long as they are all directly touching one another.

Background

It is implied that Narciso Anasui recieved or developed this Stand before his incarceration.
