Chapter 70
Summary
As the minecart went spiraling deeper into the cave, Wamuu hit the break and sent it flying. Joseph, still unable to move from the damage he had received, tried to light a stick of dynamite, but not without Wamuu's notice. Wamuu knew Joseph had lost too much blood to survive, yet wondered why Joseph still had fearless eyes. Joseph tells Wamuu that if given one month, he'd be strong enough to defeat him. Using Wamuu's pride, Joseph provoked the Pillar man into allowing him for one month to live and train. Esidisi appears to question why Wamuu is taking his time, but ends up seeing the lit dynamite stick and eats it. The dynamite explodes in Esidisi's stomach without apparently damaging him.
In order to ensure that Joseph would fight him again, Wamuu places a Wedding Ring of death on the atery of Joseph's heart. The outer part of the ring would melt in 33 days unless Joseph defeeated Wamuu and drank the antidote found in his lip piercing. Amused by this trial, Esidisi also decides to participate and places his own ring of deeath on the inside of Joseph's throat. With that settled, the Pillar man jump into the sky in search of the Red Stone of Aja. A little later, Caesar arrives and helps the unconscious Joseph.
