Toyohiro Kanedaichi is a minor villain from Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable. It should be noted that his name and even identity are false and that his actual name is unknown.
About
A hermit living a lonesome life in an old, retired telephone tower. He was a trapped within it, and had built a home while preparing to escape. He has large callouses on his hands that allow him to hammer nails, slide down a cable, aid him in calculations, and hide tools.
At the end of his fight with Josuke and Mikitaka, he decides to stay in the tower. He becomes a town landmark, letting tourists take his picture with them for spices and tools.
