The World Over Heaven (ザー・ワールド・オーバーヘブン, Zā Wārudo Ōbā Hebun) is the Stand of Heaven Ascension DIO featured in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven. It appears to be an evolved variation of The World.
Appearance/Personality
Similar to The World in appearance and build, its color scheme consists of a white base with gold accessories. Its eyes are inverted, producing black sclera and white irises, and they lack pupils..
Abilities
Reality Overwrite: DIO can overwrite reality. This allows him to rewrite virtually anything in time.
Time Stop: While The World was only able to stop time for a maximum of eleven seconds before its destruction, The World Over Heaven allows DIO to stop time for an unlimited duration.
Trivia
- Its moniker appears to be a reference to the novel and it's existence is possibly the result of DIO's original goal to "achieve Heaven" through the use of a Stand. It may have been created using the same process Enrico Pucci would use to evolve his Stand into Made in Heaven.
- Even though DIO finally gained an ultimate power of his Stand, the Stand type of this Stand is still the same as Star Platinum, unlike its upgraded form Star Platinum: The World, in which despite having an upgraded range attack, but lost most of its durability.
