Talking Head

Talking Head is a stand featured in Part V: Vento Aureo. Its user is Tizziano and its name is a reference of the American New Wave and avant-garde band, Talking Heads.

To take effect, Talking Head must first latch onto the victim's tongue. While Talking Head is attached, the victim is rendered incapable of telling the truth, whether speaking, writing, or gesticulating. The drawback is that if the victim realizes this, they can will themselves to (try to) speak about something in a situation where Tizziano would expect them to speak of something else entirely, thus rendering him and Squalo off-guard. This happens when the statement that Tizziano predicts isn't what he thinks it is.
