Scarlet Valentine is the wife of Funny Valentine and the first lady of the United States during Steel Ball Run.She encounters Lucy during the President's questioning of every woman and child to find the traitor.
About
Since she likes woman, she was seduced by Lucy Steel in her first encounter, when Lucy provoked her.She's first seen attempting to have Lucy Steel sit on her face after their brief encounter. She was used by Lucy to reach the president room, drugging her when they were at home. When she woke up, and discover this, she pursued Lucy, but was easily dispached by Hot Pants. Then, Lucy escaped succesfully by disguising as her with the help of Hot Pants who also faked Lucy's death using Scarlet's corpse.
Personality
Scarlet is a strong and ambitious woman. She is not shy at all and often takes the initiative. She has no trouble talking about her husband even when she is seducing a woman. Scarlet follow their impulses in their relationships. She is not actually a lesbian, but rather bisexual, although it may be that men like it stopped after marriage.
