Scarlet Valentine is the lesbian wife of Funny Valentine and the first lady of the United States during Steel Ball Run who encounters Lucy during the President's questioning of every woman and child.

She's first seen attempting to have Lucy Steel sit on her face after their brief encounter.

She offhandedly mentions that she only married Funny Valentine for the wealth and power but then retorts it by mentioning that she finds it sexy that he can walk around without making a sound.

Funny Valentine swooned her with Mozart played on a Mandolin with his feet.
