Satoru Akefu (明負あけふ 悟さとる Akefu Satoru) is the head doctor of TG University Hospital, and leader of the Research portion of the Rokakaka Organization. Supposedly 89 years old, he's an illusive figure with no public presance despite being heading a major institution of medicine.

Notably, Satoru along with colegue Wu Tomoki attempted to meat with Poor Tom to retrieve the grafted Rokakaka branch. and are part of the Rokakaka Research Organization. They attempt to retrieve the Rokakaka branch from Poor Tom but are tricked by Jobin and Tsurugi Higashikata into getting an ordinary pear branch from Poor Tom instead. They realize it was someone else other than Josuke Higashikata and Poor Tom who lit the orchard on fire and that the other party now has the real Rokakaka branch.

Appearence

Satoru's appearence has yet to be shown in full, however he is an elderly-looking man with a slightly stocky build. His arms and legs are noticably slimmer than the rest of his body. He wears a dark-colored hat and suit, along with a lightly colored scarf with a pattern of irregular "-" shaped slits cut in it.

Personality

Abilities

Satoru is shown to be unexpectadly nimble and fast for a man approaching his 90s, a fact which caused Rai Mamezuku to question the Doctor's alledged age on multipel instances.

Satoru is the user of a currently unnamed humanoid stand. The Head Doctors' stand is mechanical in appearence, and seems to be capible of functioning at a fairly long range and attacking enemies without engaging them directly. While this stand's ability has not been elaborated on or defined, it would seem that it attacks by causing nearbye objects to collide with its victims
The Head Doctor's stand descends on Josuke and Company
with an amplified force that causes greater injury under normal circumstances. This is best demonstrated when a discarded cigarette launched in Josuke's direction by the wheel of a bus strikes his hand with enough force to impale him. It seems as though this stand functions by transfering a force from an object to a person, and that the force this stand embeds in people is transferable. A bystander was shown to suffer a sudden injury after coming into contact with Josuke's blood within moments of the latter being hit by a car that was presumably effeced by the Head Doctor's ability.
