Romeo is a minor character in Part VI: Stone Ocean. He was Jolyne's boyfriend at the beginning of the story.
About
Rich and wealthy, but cowardly and selfish, Romeo starts out with Joylne, driving a car during an after school date. Sneaking a kiss on the road during a small coversation, he accidentally ran into an unknowing pedestrian. Upon the aftermath, worrying about his college's acceptance and the effect of the accident on that, he compels Joylne about hiding the body and forgetting it entirely, but not before the authorities could track them down.
After placing the blame onto Joylne, he makes an alibi, stating that Joylne was driving the entire time while under the influence from his car's mini-fridge, and that she was the one who ran into the pedestrian in order to save his own skin.
Coupled with Jongalli A's hired hack lawyer for Jolyne, his testimony allowed him to walk freely, but not without scorn from his former girlfriend. From then on, he is not seen until much later in the series.
When the gang escape from prison they visit Romeo for last time with Hermes making a replica of his tongue, so they could hear everything he was saying. Romeo tells the police the wrong path that the gang take,letting Jolyne and the others escape. However Jolyne order Hermes to release the sticker, destroying Romeo's tongue anyway.
