Romeo is a minor character in Part VI: Stone Ocean. He was Jolyne's boyfriend at the begging of the story.

About

Romeo starts out with Joylne in a car and they accidentally run over someone while Romeo freaks out and tries to find way to hide it while Joylne is trying to do the right thing. Once discover by the cops and in trail Romeo blames all on Joylne and how he was trying to do the right thing.

When the gang escape from prison they visit Romeo was last time with Hermes making a replica of his tongue so they could hear everything he was saying minute before Joylne order Hermes to destroy therefor destroying Romeo tongue.
