Appearance/Personality
Looks like an alien with a beak and a lizard like tell. It's body is covered in a radiant glow that slowly diminishes the longest the stand is use without electricity. Akira Otoishi use the stand to talk through as it appear to have a personality but it was really him.
Power
Absorbing Electrify: Red Hot Chile Peppers is capable of absorbing electrify for a number of fees including increasing it raw strength, movement, healing, levitating and covering itself in an electric coat. However this limit the stand the always by nearby electric plugs, power-lines or other electric transmitters otherwise the use runs the risk of using all it strength up.
Movement-through: Existentially it Red Hot Chile Pepper most important ability as it allow it to convert into electrify and move through any electrical transmitters such as power-cables, batteries and electric plains. If Red Hot Chile Peppers hold on to an object it can turn it into electricity and move it where it desires, this how Akira stole many of his goods including his guitars. If this move is use on a living person are electrocuted.
Electric Mode: Red Hot Chile Peppers absorbed large quantities of electrify before turning into this mode. Once enter it, its immune to attacks as they pass harmlessly through it and will electrocute anyone it touches. However upon depleting this mode its weaken and the stand take upon a rusted look instead of its shiny gold coat and slowly begins to vanish. If it doesn't intake electrify again the stand will die causing the user to suffer the same fate.
