Pannacotta Fugo is a character from Part V: Golden Wind and is a member of Buccellati's gang. He is the only one to desert it during the story.
About
Fugo shows up only in the earlier volumes of Golden Wind. He uses his Purple Haze to help retrieve the key in one of the gang's missions. After safely escorting Trish to the boss, he was not so sure about following his gang in betraying the boss. So he dropped out of the gang and never re-appeared in the story after that.

Trivia
- Fugo's dropping out of the gang was due to Araki realizing he made Purple Haze too strong of a Stand.
- Originally he was meant to be a spy for Diavolo against Buccellati's team.
- He is very good in school with his IQ being 152; at the age of 13 he was able to enter a college. He is seen giving Narancia arithmetic lessons despite being a year younger than him.
- He takes up a central role in the Part 5 novel, in which he did not leave Buccellati's gang.
