Norisuke Higashikata the 4th is a descedant of Norisuke Higashikata mentioned in Steel Ball Run. He is the father of Joushuu Higashikata and the guardian of the protagonist for the time being. He is the head of Higashikata fruit company which was established by Norisuke Higashikata from SBR with the money he won from the race.
