I really contest the character in the background here being Nukesaku, as the pose and outfit let me to believe its Ice.
However, the bracelets and possible size looks more like Nukesaku, and is also in line with the alternate outfit of his in the last episode (even if the loin cloth is a fully different colour).
This, is one hell of a confusing situation, so I won't edit it.
