Kraft Work

Kraftwerk has control over the kinetic vectors of whatever it touches. It can cause something to stick to a particular space, or force it to be motionless in respect to another object, including himself. He can also freeze moving objects in place, and add kinetic energy to frozen objects (i.e frozen bullets can be used as weapons, instead of just deflecting them).
