Heaven Plan
The Heaven Plan is a ritual created by DIO in Part 3, Stardust Crusaders, and carried out by Enrico Pucci in Part 6, Stone Ocean. DIO created the Plan in order to bring humanity into a state of being he called "Heaven", where all creatures know their fates and accept them.
The Plan involves forcibly evolving a Stand into one that is capable of bringing about Heaven. The Heaven Plan becomes DIO's and Pucci's main motivation for
