Civil War is a humanoid stand belonging to Axl Ro with
Powers
Guilt through Power: Civil War, ability to manifest objects the enemy has left behind, given up, or feels guilt toward. The object attaches and moves through the victim's body, and creates a thin membrane that slowly engulfs the victim. The membrane will then gradually shrink until the victim is crushed. Once the victim makes contact with the object, they instantly remember how and why they sacrificed it or feel guilt about it. The only weakness of the ability is that water dissolves the membrane.
Impervious to physical attacks: The stand itself can avoid attacks by breaking apart into several pieces, and has shown to effectively nullify Gyro's steel ball attacks.
Rebirth from Guilty: If the user is killed and their assailant feels guilt towards killing them, the user is brought back to life and the guilt and sacrifices of the user manifest to attack the assailant. However, if the user kills an enemy and feels guilt, the situation is reversed with the enemy revived and the user is attacked by their own sacrifices and guilt.
Its user is Axl Ro, named for Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose, and the stand itself is named on the song "Civil War," again by the Guns N' Roses.
