The Disturbing Esidisi is the seventy-eighth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the thirty-fourth chapter of Part II: Battle Tendency.

Summary

Esidisi’s arm then lands on a spike to which Joseph proceeds to taunt Esidisi by saying that he already planned his whole trick before the fight and in addition, he destroys his severed arm by sending Ripple energy into it with a kick. To Joseph’s surprise, however Esidisi starts loudly crying and bawling which confuses Joseph. Suddenly as abruptly as Esidisi started crying, he stops and tells Joseph that the only reason he started crying was to calm him and keep his temper down. He also tells Joseph that he knew Joseph was trying to irritate him and anger him to Josephs shock.

After Esidisi explains all of this, he goes to Loggins’s corpse, takes his arm, and puts it on his wound saying that it will change to suit his body. As Joseph becomes more and more unsettled by Esidisi’s unpredictable actions Loggins’s body suddenly boils alive! Esidisi then explains that he can have his blood boil up to 500 degrees Celsius and while taking Loggins’s arm he put some of his blood in the wound.

Joseph then realizes that Esidisi is trying to intimidate him so he attacks him with his Cracker Volley attack but strangely, Esidisi holds out his hand to meet the connecting attack, which splits his hand slightly. Knowing Joseph would do this Esidisi then counters Josephs attack by growing his blood vessels out from under his fingernails then thrusting them into Josephs face to boil him alive.
