Anjuro Katagiri, better known as Angelo is an early antagonist appearing in Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable.

About

Known as one of the biggest criminals in Japan, Angelo's is guilty of robbery and the rape and murder of three boys. After gaining his stand (presumably from Keicho Nijimura) he went on a killing spree, getting people to drink his watery stand before using it to cause their heads to be torn apart from within. Shortly after killing Jotaros grandfather, he attacked Jotaro and Josuke in Jotaros home, planning to kill them both on a rainy day and then to assault Jotaros mother. He was eventually defeated, and smashed to pieces by Crazy Diamons fist into a rock. Josuke then restored him and the rock at the same time, fusing them and effectivly turning Angelo into a statue. Albeit a hideous one.
