Summary
Mista goes into the elevator, holding Scolippi at gunpoint and interrogating him about the murder, but the stone disappears again. Scolippi explains that his Stand, Rolling Stones, takes the shape of the fate of a chosen target, this time Bucciarati.
The sculptor reveals that the girl was beginning to contract an illness which would kill her, but her father would also die from it. Accepting her fate, she killed herself to give her father her still healthy organs. Mista doesn't believe the story, and pressures Scolippi by playing Russian roulette with him. Against all odds, Scolippi wins repeatedly and even with a bullet in the chamber, it misfires.
Scolippi says that it wasn't his destiny to die, and that once Bucciarati touches the stone, he will die. Mista knocks Scolippi out and inquires about Bucciarati's whereabouts, only for Fugo to inform him that Bucciarati is in the building.
