Norisuke Higashikata, Tsurugi Higashikata, and Yotsuyu Yagiyama (3) (東方憲助と東方つるぎと八木山夜露 その③, Higashikata Norisuke to Higashikata Tsurugi to Yagiyama Yotsuyu Sono 3), originally The Looming Objects (迫りくる物体, Semarikuru Buttai) in the UJ release, is the eight hundred seventy-sixth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the twenty-ninth chapter of JoJolion.

Summary

Norisuke reminisces a moment in his childhood where he asks his mother of the existence of the Higashikata Family curse and whether or not he would suffer from it eventually. His mother seems to deny it, though Norisuke is shown briefly with the curses' effects. Back in the present, Josuke and Norisuke are still trying to persuade Tsurugi to open the latch door to the basement, though the latter would only allow his father through. Despite their efforts, the chestnuts soon come into contact with Josuke and Norisuke and begin burying needles deep into their skin. Norisuke attempts to open the door using his Stand, but discovers it secured with a chain and lock.

Overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of chestnuts attacking them, Josuke is forced to use Soft & Wet's ability to remove the moisture from the needles, causing them to crumble and disintegrate. Given the opportunity to move freely again, Norisuke grabs a rock and smashes the chain to the door, allowing him and Josuke to pass through the entrance. Once inside, the two confront Tsurugi and discover that Yotsuyu Yagiyama, the man behind the attack and designer of the Higashikata Mansion, had promised to cure Tsurugi of the curse in exchange for Josuke.
