Robert E. O. Speedwagon (ロバート・E・O・スピードワゴン, Robāto Ī Ō Supīdowagon) is a playable character in Stardust Shooters with fifteen different units in rarities ranging from SSR to N. Both his Part 1 and Part 2 incarnations appear as playable Metal Strikers.
His Part 1 incarnation's Finishing Move throws his bowler hat at the opponent, while his Part 2 incarnation simply makes a "hit" effect appear on defeated opponents.

Tap to activate! Select one enemy and reduce their ATK by 10%! Furthermore if this enemy is a "Vampire" enemy, bind them for one turn and reduce their defense to 0!

After activation, only once when an allied units HP is depleted, they'll be revived with 1% HP! Furthermore, the allied unit who was revived will be able to deal defense ignoring and partial defense skill ignoring damage to the enemy for the rest of the Round!
