Hey Thomas. We appreciate the image trimming, but the one's you're uploading aren't particularly clean. You can see alot stray pixels and jagged areas in them when looked at on a black background.

We'd also prefer images to be less obviously edited. For example, the alt diego you uploaded looks stretched and smoothed out, as if it was ran through something like Waifu2x.

First appearances are already in the gallery. Also, neither appearance changes are mentioned in canon.
