Wamuu performs a slow forward flip, and while this does do nothing by itself except act as a feint or cancel, a second press of the attack button during this initial animation makes him launch into a flying kick forward. If it connects, a second kick sends his opponent flying across the stage. The distance Wamuu flips and the damage dealt increase in
order, but the greater the increase, the longer the recovery. If only the flip is performed, Wamuu will be invincible during the recovery. This recovery can also be cancelled by normals or
"Go for the throat and lungs!".
If
"Wind Mode" is active, Wamuu will turn invisible during the later half the flip. If
"I shall see with the wind." is active, the damage done to the Guard Gauge will increase. All three of Wamuu's modes will increase distance opponents are knocked back, the wallbounce effect, and damage. The skill will also be knocked down into a hard knockdown.
