Sleeping Slaves, Part 5 (眠れる奴隷 その⑤, Nemureru Dorei Sono 5), originally A Grand Beginning! (大いなる始まり!, Dainaru Hajimari!) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred fifty-fifth and final chapter of Vento Aureo and the five hundred ninety-fourth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Bucciarati almost touches Rolling Stones, but Mista jumps down the building with the rock, holding tight to it. Mista crashes into Fugo's car, who came back to give Mista his tape recorder. Mista, knowing that he wouldn't die since the rock didn't take his form, consciously used that to destroy the rock, saving Bucciarati. Bucciarati, disturbed, goes back to his investigation.

Unbeknownst to the gangsters, the dust takes the shape of Bucciarati, Abbacchio and Narancia. Scolippi witnesses it, saying that in the end, nobody escapes Fate. However, seeing Mista risking his life to save Bucciarati, he hopes that whatever happens, the path they take may have a significance despite the suffering it will bring and that they will take their own path instead.

In the present day, Mista and Trish stumble on Polnareff, who is residing into Coco Jumbo's room. Giorno takes him, and decides to keep the Arrow in the turtle to protect it as everyone fought to obtain it. Mista and Trish are having fun with each other while going to the Colosseum, and Giorno follows them with Polnareff.

Vento Aureo closes on Giorno Giovanna having achieved his ambition of taking over Passione as the new Boss, accepting the vow of allegiance of several mafiosi under the vigilant gaze of Guido Mista.
