In jail for hijacking and murder (stabbing a female professor sixty-nine times), Lang Wrangler is a calculating inmate, wearing ridiculous clothing to prepare for his stand's ability to negate the gravity by suctioning to the walls like an octopus.

He uses screws and bolts as "bullets" with the centrifugal force in order to disable Jolyne and Weather Report while they tried to get to the courtyard.

He believes that he's stronger than Whitesnake and could take him out as well.

His stand is Jumpin Jack Flash.
