Summary

After being introduced, Joseph, Caesar and Speedwagon are seen gathered around a large water fountain. Speedwagon tries to settle the dispute between Joseph and Caesar, but is cut short when Caesar mentions his strong Italian Pride and Joseph's lack of training in the ripple. Antagonized, Joseph decides to start a fight with Caesar and charges towards him with a punch. A women Caesar had kissed begins strangling Joseph, having apparently been put under a mind control by Caesar's Ripple. The women grabs Joseph and throws him into the fountain.

Caesar follows up by jumping into the air and introducing his secret technique; Using the soapy substance found in his gloves, he is able to launch a large quantity of bubbles out of his gloves fused with the ripple. The bubbles hit Joseph and send him flying, after which they surround him and form one giant bubble. Once inside the large bubble, Joseph is unable to break it with his level of Ripple and begins losing air. Caesar attempts to kiss the girl once more to break the spell, but suddenly a ripple infused pigeon flies out of her mouth and into Caesar's. With his concentration broken, Joseph is freed from the bubble.
