The chapter was published in the thirteenth issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine on February 26, 2018.

Summary

The story opens with two men struggling over the possession of some sort of remote, both unseen except for their respective arms.

Rohan Kishibe appears, his right hand in a splint. He says that although it is good to brag about one's battle scars, he currently isn't in the right mood. Listing the different injuries to three of his fingers, he explains that he will take four weeks to recover. For once, Rohan regrets his foolish actions in a recent incident, and admits that he only survived because of his luck. These events are Episode 10: The Run.

At a 1 hour and a half ride of the Shinkansen from S-City Station in southwest Morioh to Tokyo Station, then 30 minutes ride either on JR or the subway from Tokyo Station, lies Harajuku. In here, Yoma Hashimoto was scouted by a model production agency. Thanks to his newfound job, he appeared in a magazine and was paid for a minor role. He even saw Go Ayano and Takeru Satoh from a distance. His manager then told him to train his body, as beautiful poses mattered more than talent. Thus Yoma began to seriously exercise at a gym, "impressing" even his own personal trainer. At the end of the session, Yoma developed a narcissistic streak at the sight of his sculpted body.

Later at Yoma's girlfriend's apartment, the man's training had become so invasive his girlfriend, named Mika Hayamura, would trip on weights lying around. One evening, Mika tripped again. Initially upset, she remarked that Yoma was indeed becoming even more muscular, and fantasized about him starring in a detective movie. However, Yoma's mood was soured when Mika proposed him spaghetti whereas he'd instructed her to only give him protein. He also cancelled a night's out with Mika's friends, as he'd scheduled a run. Mika suddenly noticed that her wallet was empty, leading Yoma to explain that he took the money to buy protein. The narcissistic Yoma then heard the bell ring, and argued with the deliveryman for coming late and ruining his sleep schedule since he wanted to go to bed at 7 p.m..

Rohan, who was frequenting the same gym as Yoma, recalls that they became acquaintances here. At one time, Yoma was rebuked by his trainer, who had an appointment with another customer, leaving the young man frustrated. Yoma's obsession grew to the point he stole 270,000 yen from Mika to install a bouldering set all over the walls and ceiling of her apartment and practice. At wit's end, Mika ordered Yoma to leave her home, the latter obliging by climbing down the bouldering set he'd somehow installed even on the facade of the apartment building.

Rohan thus explains the circumstances of the incident. At the gym, Rohan and Yoma were running side by side on two treadmills which were connected to the same remote, sitting on a small table between them. The treadmills had a setting on which they would gradually accelerate up to 25kmph. Rohan used to challenge Yoma to who would steal the remote first once the treadmills reached maximum speed. Yoma remembered his humiliating loss during their last game, and tried to remain silent. However, Rohan made the mistake of teasing him about his work. Yoma thus accepted the mangaka's challenge, taking off his sweatshirt to reveal his new ripped body. Losing confidence, Rohan was amazed at the tremendous progress of his rival, who focused on running. Observing Yoma, Rohan noticed subtle wing patterns within the athlete's muscles, from his legs to his back.

Yoma began to passive-aggressively accuse Rohan of cheating the last time. Stating that their game had to be "fair", he suddenly turned to run backwards for a moment, even though the treadmill was running at 20kmph, and threw a weight at the window behindRohan, breaking it. The loser would inevitably trip if he kept running at 25kmph, and thus propelled to a certain death by the treadmills. Panicking as the two began to run at more than 20kmph, Rohan tried to preemptively grab the remote, but Yoma intercepted him by quickly grabbing his hand, breaking three fingers to keep him away from it. At this same moment, Rohan managed to use Heaven's Door and open up Yoma's arm, discovering that his obsession with fitness lead him to kill his entourage for "interfering with his training". As the fated 25kmph threshold inevitably drew close, Rohan realized with horror the kind of man Yoma was.

At last the treadmills reached the maximum speed. Rohan tried to take the remote, but Yoma was faster and grabbed the remote first. Claiming his victory, Yoma noticed too late the scribbling on his hand. Rohan used his Stand to write a command on the young man, making him use the remote on Rohan's treadmill instead. As Rohan desperately acknowledged his opponent's victory, he witnessed Yoma tripping and being propelled through the broken window. Yoma only muttered Rohan's name while glaring at him as he disappeared out of sight. Exhausted, Rohan looked at the window. They were at the 8th floor of the Morioh Grand Hotel.

However, Rohan refrained from peering through the window and only thought about his escape route. He was certain that Yoma wasn't at the base of the building; the young man's body was covered in wing shaped muscles, showing that Yoma had become the avatar of the god of muscle: Hermes. In angering such a being, Rohan learned that he'd crossed a red line. Hoping to not have invoked Yoma's wrath, all Rohan worried about was the run from the spot he stood from.
