The World Over Heaven (ザー・ワールド・オーバーヘブン, Zā Wārudo Ōbāhebun) is the Stand of Heaven Ascension DIO featured in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven. It appears to be an evolved variation of The World.

Appearance/Personality

Similar to The World in appearance and build, its color scheme consists of a white base and gold accessories. It's eyes are inverted, producing black sclera and white irises.

• The World Over Heaven is the first Stand Araki has made exclusively for a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure video game.^{[citation needed]}
• Its name suggests that The World Over Heaven is a result of DIO's original goal to "achieve Heaven" through the use of a Stand. It could possibly have been created using the same process Enrico Pucci would use to evolve his Stand into Made in Heaven.
