Pocoloco is a racer and a minor character appearing in Part VII: Steel Ball Run.
History
Pocoloco was born in Georgia, sometime in 1869. Three days prior to the starting day of the Steel Ball Run race, he went down to the city to gamble. After losing, he met a fortune teller who greatly resembles Enya Geil. This fortune teller told him that he would be at the highest point in his life for two months, so Pocoloco decided to take advantage of his newfound luck and enter the competition.
Although he slept in on the morning of the race, he managed to catch up within a matter of minutes. Manure was kicked up onto his face, making Pocoloco think that his luck had ran out, but a golden coin was inside the manure. Seconds later, he saw a lady racer's cleavage, as well as a wanted criminal who was racing right beside him.
Around the downhill dash segment of the first stage of the race, his stand appeared to him.
Trivia
- Poco Loco shares a namesake with Poco, a boy who is saved by Jonathan Joestar and Will. A. Zeppeli in Part I: Phantom Blood, but does not resemble his namesake.
- His horse is named after the song "Hey Ya" by US hip hop band Outkast.
- Pocoloco's unnamed stand is quite similar to Kenzo's stand, Dragon's Dream.
