While Araki generally hits the mark and shows us the full power of certain stands, there are a few times where we might want to see more of a concept or where we feel like he could've done more with an idea. This is not to hate or anything, but are there any stands you felt like he could've done more with? Or is there a stand that you feel didn't get to show its full potential? For me, three come to mind.

Although there's not a ton of room in Stardust Crusaders for every character to get spotlight, I feel like Iggy's The Fool could've been used for a lot more. I really enjoyed his illusions and could totally see that as a part five stand that messes with people. Goo Goo Dolls from part six also comes to mind for me. If Gwess was a little more cutthroat and had more ambition, her stand could really wreak some havoc. Finally, I know I'm not the only one, but I'm still waiting for Joshu's redemption arc. Not only do I want him to stop being such an ass but I really really want to see Nut King Call used to the best of its ability. Like The Hand, it has one of the most devastating abilities but an inept user.

I think the hand could of had more screen time, and had a lot of unused potential. (also the hand is my fav stand)

I think that Kakyoin, Abdul, Iggy and Hol Horse should have been used way more. Also Mountain Tim and Sandman were clearly setted up to have a way bigger role than the one they actually got.

There are so many stands that we only saw briefly and that theoretically could be devastating, I'm just gonna drop one name from every part to be fair here: Magician's Red (with Avdol's character it was mostly just written off because it could solve too many situations, due to the very high standard set when he first met Jotato), Enigma (cool one episode, but would have liked to see more of hopping in and out of the paper dimension), Kraftwerk (IT CAN STOP ANYTHING, in PHF it's used to stop someone's heartbeat with just one hit, but no, Mista had to win because "iF mY bUlLeT diDn't WorK, thEn a SeCoNd oNe WiLl"), Green green grass of home (personal favourite stand, whenever you play with the concept of infinity you have a lot of potential, and I feel like the arc didn't do it justice), Ball Breaker (I don't think i need to explain this one, if you read SBR you know), Paper Moon King (we saw a lot already, but its potential is so high that most of the things we see in part 8 cause discussion in the community due to its tremendous illusionary power). Thanks for reading my rants.

I would've liked to have seen at least one more fight with Purple Haze. Overall, it's a pretty cool and powerful Stand but ultimately only used for a single fight. Though, honestly not even that because it was just sort of there for the entire fight only to actually participate at the very end. The wasted potential of Purple Haze is something already talked about a lot, but it is a well founded topic. Next to Purple Haze, I'd say Spice Girl. Spice Girl did, at least, get a proper introduction and fight to itself, so not nearly as bad as Purple Haze. It still would've been nice if Araki gave Spice Girl another chance to shine. (Though, to be fair, adding the Stand that late into the story gave little opportunity, especially with the obstacles presented after Spice Girl's debut.)
