I think it's pretty funny how Araki decided to bring back his insert character. Like he changed nothing about Rohan when every other AU character dramatically changes. Glad he's back though.

If the whole part has Rohan and Jodio's gang repeatedly trying to foil each other that would be so funny.

I have a theory that the reason why the Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan stories are not canon in the original universe is because they are actually canon in this universe. The only thing that could absolutely shatter my theory into pieces I cannot restore... is if this Rohan's Stand isn't Heaven's Door.

But Booyah. TSKR IS canon. And Josuke, Koichi, Okuyasu, Yukako, Akira, Tamami AND heaven's door appear in it.
