I ask this because, to my knowledge, if you speak English, the only way to obtain an official physical version of the English manga, is the only choice you have is the JoJonium releases for the first 3 parts.

08:01, 27 May 2024 - TSpoon commented on Boingo: I believe that the Wiki categorises secondary antagonists by their importance to the story and impact on the protagonists (i.e. deaths, motivation, powerups). It could be argued that Boingo's prescence effects Hol Horse's arc, but he isn't a protagonist. I think recurring tertiary antagonist fits him best.
I could see the similarly classified Ojiro be considered a secondary antagonist however, since his second appearance directly leads to Jobin and Norisuke's fallout.
